About the Academy
It is the goal of the Texas Academy of Ballet to offer a comprehensive dance program, with an emphasis on classical ballet.
¨ A positive learning environment will be offered in which the students will discover the joy and the beauty in the art of ballet.
¨ Classes are available for students of all ages and abilities.
¨ The Academy’s ballet program is based on the syllabus provided by the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) in London. The goal of the RAD is to ensure correct training and to inspire each student’s creativity, musicality and dramatic expression. The students may participate in annual examinations administered by an official representative of the RAD.
¨ The academy also offers classes in Tap, Jazz, Lyrical and Modern Dance.
¨ In the future we hope to offer additional classes in Pilates Training and Flamenco.
¨ Currently, a non-profit company is in the process of being created for the serious students, who would possibly be interested in pursuing a career in dance.
¨ Quality and developing a love of dance in all students are the key elements in the academy’s philosophy.
The Texas Academy of Ballet is located in Pflugerville, Texas, near the city of Austin. We are conveniently located in the vicinity of Round Rock, Hutto, Georgetown, Cedar Park and Manor.
